Upon enrollment, trainees are required to pay either in full or in installment the tuition and other
applicable training fees.
A trainee is considered officially enrolled only after the payment of required fees, whether in full or in
part.
II. Withdrawal Before Start of Training
Officially enrolled trainees who withdraw before the official start of classes will be charged a ₱15,000
retention fee.
III. Withdrawal After Start of Training
Officially enrolled trainees who withdraw after the official start of classes, and have paid the tuition in
full or for more than one month, will be charged the full tuition fee.
No refunds will be granted in this case, regardless of class attendance.
IV. Change of Schedule or Batch
Changing the schedule or assigned batch number will incur a ₱5,000 fee, as training slots are very
limited.
To avoid this charge, trainees must inform the training center at least 30 days before the scheduled
hands-on training.
V. Incomplete Attendance
Trainees who fail to complete the required number of hands-on training days due to absenteeism
will be charged ₱5,000 to attend the next batch and complete the missed days.
VI. Assessment and Refresher Training
Trainees who do not pass the written, oral, and practical assessment exams must continue with a
refresher training session during the next available schedule in order to obtain their certificate.
An additional fee of ₱2,000 per day of hands-on refresher training will apply, depending on the number
of days required.
